Returns and Refunds Policy

At Ovillara we want you to love your purchase. If you don't, you can return it under the following conditions.

1. Return period: 30 days

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason. That's more than double the legal minimum of 14 days.

2. How to request a return

  1. Email us at ovillarapro@gmail.com with your order number and the products you want to return. You can also use the withdrawal form at the end of this page, although it is not mandatory.
  2. We will reply with the instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the product within 14 days of notifying us of the return.

3. Product condition

The product must be returned in its original condition, with all its accessories and, if possible, in its packaging. You can try it as you would in a physical store. If the product comes back damaged or shows signs of use beyond checking what it is like and how it works, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund.

4. Shipping costs

  • Return for change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Defective, damaged or wrong product: we cover all costs. Send us a photo of the problem at ovillarapro@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

5. Refund

  • We will refund the price of the product and the original shipping costs (standard shipping) within a maximum of 14 days from when you notify us of the return.
  • We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof of shipment, before issuing the refund.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no cost to you.
  • If you chose a more expensive shipping option than standard, the difference will not be refunded.

6. Exchanges

If you'd like a different color or model, request a return of the product and place a new order. It's the fastest way to get it.

7. Legal guarantee

All our products come with a 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). This guarantee is independent of the right of return.
